Chinese Diesel Heaters

Ive had a Chinese Diesel Heater in my conservatory for a couple of years now and generally, I’m pretty pleased with it. Ive also recently been playing around with Home Assistant for various home automations / easy control of our air con. As autumn is setting in and I fired up the heater, it came to mind, could Home Assistant control the heater? And, as it turns out, it gives you quite a bit more control than the supplied controller.
