I needed a couple of trim panel clips and my first thought was il get some off ebay.
The first one, Ford number 6815336, was only listed in Italy for £4 but with £17 postage. The second one, Ford number 7079618, also only listed in Italy for £9 with £13 postage – and I needed 8 of them! Didn’t fancy that.
Ford prices show them cheaper by far but not sure if they are available. With a 3d printer to hand, the next choice was to get them drawn up and printed.
They’ve not come out to bad – unless you’re looking you probably wouldn’t notice.
These are for the later Mk3.5. The early trim panel is different with different fixings (im pretty sure).

6815336 Interior Trim Panel Fastener – Footwell Area
Here’s a trim panel fastener in 3d print file. I think this one is only fitted on Mk3.5, early ones are a different panel. Item 19 in the diagram; First version we did with the domed head but didn’t print to well with the support underneath it. So we made it flat and works lovely. Left is original, middle version 1, right version 2 with flat head. The thread is not an exact match but it functions perfectly; Download here, .3mf in a zipped folder;
